Since its inception in 1994, Norfolk Foods for over two decades, has delighted the taste buds of people all around the world. Founded as a British Sri Lankan joint venture, Norfolk Foods has been in the forefront of bringing innovative quality value added meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian products to the consumers.
Under stringent quality standards, the Norfolk range is produced within the hygienic, state-of-the-art, ISO 22000 System Certified, HAC Certified and HACCP approved plant which possesses the only spiral freezing technology in Sri Lanka. At Norfolk, leading chefs and food technologists keep constantly innovating and developing specialty food for discerning clients.
Norfolk produces for both the international and domestic markets. Their clients include majority of star class hotels as well as international franchised food chains, restaurants and bakeries all around Sri Lanka and the Asian continent.
Norfolk Foods is now partnered with CP Foods, a company of the Charoen Pokphand Group; one of the world’s leading agro-industrial and food conglomerate headquartered in Thailand.

Norfolk Foods has one of the most modern frozen food manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka. With new blast freezers and cold rooms, the company has an integrated production process and is a model production facility with an uninterrupted process flow.
Norfolk Foods uses sophisticated technologies drawn from Europe, the Unites States and the Far East while they also specialize in in-house engineering development leading to innovative technologies.
Norfolk is one of the few companies in Sri Lanka to use continuous quick-freezing technology with spiral freezing. This leads to enhanced product quality and efficiency.
The company’s state of the art factory in Homagama is accredited with ISO 22000 for Food Safety Management and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point – HACCP is manned and supervised by qualified, trained personnel, to ensure that the ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials meet the strictest safety and quality standards.
