Zesty Crescent Chilliwurst Sausage Pasta

Zesty Crescent Chilliwurst Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

For 4 Serving(s)

500 g Crescent Chicken Chilliwurst Sausages
450 g pasta of preferred variety
3 tbsp olive oil
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp garlic, minced
400 g tomatoes, diced
250 g Crescent Chicken Stock
2 cups broccoli

Directions

  1. Prepare Crescent® Chicken Chilliwurst Sausages according to package directions. Cool slightly; cut into 1/4-in. slices.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  3. In a large saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and Crescent® Chicken Stock. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the broccoli and cooked pasta.
  6. Cook until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes. Add sausage; toss to combine.
