A German chicken sausage flavoured with salt, white pepper and paprika, bursting with flavour. Bockwurst is available skin on and precooked.

Sizes:

Cooking Instructions: Thaw product well. Shallow fry with little oil at moderate heat for 3 – 4 minutes turning it frequently. Do not over-fry or boil since the sausages are pre-cooked.
Storage Instructions: Store in deep freezer at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed
Ingredients: Halal Chicken , Cereal Binder, Salt Spices, stabilizer (E451), Curing Agent (E250), Ascorbic acid (E 300), Sugar.
